This is made from solid, laminated maple (very hard and durable) that is cross-nailed throughout, making it virtually indestructible and useful for any purpose, from a shop (like a workbench, to an office, to a kitchen or bar. The sides have been finished with custom black acrylic strips to cover the raw sides and finish the "look." This is a one-of-a-kind find that is both unique and practical. Be creative!
This is a very strong and durable furniture that will outlast us all. The dimensions are 98 inches long (8' 2"), 41 inches wide at the bow, with a bowed design, 32" wide at each end, with the top at 2.5 inches thick solid maple. The table has original lane markings on it as well. The top is sealed with a bowling alley polyurethane to make it super durable. It is in perfect condition.
This price is incredibly reasonable, the original price was many thousands of $'s. It is still like new condition.
CAUTION: You would need to DISASSEMBLE AND MOVE IT, it is on the second floor, with use of a wide, open staircase. It will not fit in the elevator. It is secured with bolts into a counter base structure with drawers and cupboards. Please build this into your time. This is the reason I am offering this at such a low price, please understand.
You can see by the photos, there are bowling alley counter extensions available as well to this specific counter (for an extra, very reasonable cost), making an L shape. Dimensions of those pieces:
The small connector piece at the end that connects the large counter to the sink/faucets side is 38"L x 12"D.
