We are looking for a Full-Time Line Cook who has:
Experience in food preparation and cooking
Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with strong communication skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Food handler's certification is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking menu items
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Stocking ingredients
Collaborating with the chef and kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation
Requirements:
Evening and weekend availability
Written and verbal English language competency
Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10-12 hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must complete a background check authorization
Benefits and Compensation:
Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
Employer-subsidized health, dental, accident, life, and short term disability insurance plans are available to Full-Time employees (30+ hours per week) after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching is available to Full-Time employees after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked and to Part-Time employees after two consecutive years of service and at least 500 hours worked per year.
