This inverter works perfectly; I bought it new and ended up going with something else, so it has perhaps 20 hours on it,

I have upgraded the AC output with AWG 8 High current cables for the connection to the house panel, the existing ports were pretty small.

L1, L2 and neutral, wire this into your house panel and you are up, with two legs of 120 and 240.

This ran everything in my house with the exception of a high amperage electric dryer.. furnace, all my lights, stereos, guitar amps, it worked very well.
