The car is currently being financed, loan will need to be paid off before title can be released and put in your name which will take about 2 weeks I can get you a bill of sale while waiting for the title in the mail. I will have to travel to Rochester to make the payment, you will have to give me the cash or cashiers check to make the payment to the bank
