1976 Triumph Spitfire-6 with 1973 GT6 2 liter straight 6. Light restoration was completed by a previous owner, before I acquired the car in 2023. In last few years: all new interior with dynomat installed before putting in new carpets, dash, visors, mirrors, wheel etc. Seats are original and in excellent shape. Body and under side are rust free and original. It was painted old English white ( original color) during the spit-6 conversion. The MK3 GT6 hood was added along with the drivetrain. Paint is not perfect but shows really well. Spit-6s are a great step up from a spitfire, the car Triumph should have made. During the restoration, the 2 liter straight 6 motor/trans (all MK 3 GT6) were removed and serviced with all new gaskets. New timing chain, valve adjustment (Receipts to show work done) Pertronix ignition and flame thrower coil, plugs, rebuilt ZS150 carbs, new rocker cover, New Brake and clutch master cylinders and lines. Previous owner had air shocks installed in rear along with a new leaf spring. Im sure i have forgotten a bunch. It drives and shifts great . Tires new in 2019 and new exhaust in 2020. I have a folder of receipts for all the parts that have been replaced. I'm only selling to buy something more family friendly.
