• Assist with inbound and outbound calls in an appropriate manner and document the call completely.
• Follow call guides and speak to potential participants to accurately explain the benefits of the applicable program.
• Follow through on any action that needs to be taken and documents steps taken accurately and professionally
• Thoroughly understands and keeps up with company profiles, incentive programs, terminology, etc.
• Utilize customer service and conflict management skills with all participants
• Run reports and complete daily data processing functions including mailings and registrations.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 11:30am-8:00pm. Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm!
