Base Pay: $50,000-$59,000 plus a quarterly bonus* of up to 10% ($5,000-$5,900)/year based on quarterly production metrics (*details can be discussed during interview). Plus opportunities to earn sales commissions. Interviews are being scheduled immediately.
We are hiring a hands-on Service Supervisor / Manager to lead our Kitchen Exhaust Service operations across the Twin Cities area. Our team services and cleans commercial kitchen exhaust systems for restaurants and other facilities.
This role oversees service crews, scheduling, training, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations. You’ll help build a strong team culture while ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality service.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support 4–8 field technicians
Manage service scheduling and service operations
Train, coach, and develop employees
Maintain safety and quality standards
Work directly with customers to ensure excellent service
Help grow and strengthen operations in Minnesota and Wisconsin
What We’re Looking For
Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred (crew lead, shift lead, military leadership, restaurant management, route supervision, or similar experience. (examples of related industries include, but aren't limited to: service, operations, construction, facilities, fire protection, HVAC, exhaust cleaning, restaurant, route services, pest control, or similar industries). We train!
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to motivate teams and hold accountability
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Flexible schedule with occasional night work, checking on your crews
No industry experience needed

Most crews work overnight Sunday–Thursday while restaurants are closed. This role offers flexibility and independence, with some evening/night oversight responsibilities.
No kitchen exhaust experience required. We train candidates with leadership, operations, or team management experience.
Training may require 2–4 weeks of travel (all expenses paid).
