Please note that the weight is around 120 pounds, so it would be ideal for lake front properties or cabins. It has built-in, caned, front and back seats, spruce gunwales with maple thwarts and yolk. Also included are paddles, 10-pound anchor, car rack mounts, and a removable mount for a small motor. There is a minor ding on the side however, it is still sea-worthy. It could be easily fixed with mesh and polyester resin (bottle of polyester resin included). I’ve dropped the price due to this.
