Fully overhauled, rebuilt from the frame up. New cables for brakes and shifters, new brake pads, BB freshly greased, HS also cleaned & greased. Lightweight alloy wheels roll smooth and true. Knobby rubber tires are enough to get you out of most situations you'll encounter on your daily winter rides. Chain/cassette/crank all are in good shape, with chain measuring in spec, and teeth on cogs in good, non-worn condition. Twist shifters are easy to operate with mittens. V-brakes grab nice and tight, shifting is crisp, bike rolls very smooth, and has a planted, sure-footed feel to it. Rider position has you in a stable, upright position that is good for being bounced around by snow and ice and still allows for maintaining control and balance. Frame has some scratches and paint isn't perfect by any means, but no rust, dents or any issues that compromise its integrity to do its job.
