Uncommon & sought after, Miyata triple butted chromoly frame. Lugged construction, sweet details work, such as the chain stay protector loop which is still clean and intact.
Bike has been upgraded with a matched set of Mavic hard ano rims on RX100 Shimano hubs. Shimano bar end shifting. New chain within a hundred miles. Drivetrain is very clean, shifts very reliably. Classic black anodized dia compe brakes work well. Wheels are true and smooth. The 700x38c Rene Herse Bon Jon Pass gravel tires are like riding on a cloud. In this case, setup with tubes for simplicity. Fully tuned, clean, ready to ride. No dents, dings or rust. A little wear on the decals, but overall, the bike is in very nice condition. Sort of like a cross between a surly cross check and a long haul trucker, except from the early 90's, lighter weight, and made in Japan, opposed to Taiwan. Somewhat of a sleeper, but bike nerds will appreciate.
