- Stored in deep freezer, temp at -5 and lower. Best by date is 6 months from date and expires 12 months from date.
- Pet free, smoke free home.
- Flu vaccine on 9/16, otherwise only other vaccines were during pregnancy.
- No medications aside from prenatals, vitamin d3, calcium, and triple omega.
- No alcohol, drugs, THC/CBD.
