No key.
Interior is generally rust-free but includes spots and wear, including some original paper scraps stuck to the sides of the interior. I left them for authenticity, but they will certainly come off.
Original distressed patina and rust on exterior, plus a ring of rust on one side.
Handle intact.
The true measurements are a bit under 12" x 9":
Widest part of the document box is 11 3/4" x 8 5/8" x 4 3/4".
The interior is 11 1/2" x 8 1/4" x 3 7/8" plus 7/8" height on the inner lid.
1 1/2 pounds.

Three sizes are available. This is the smallest size and the one in the best condition.
