This is a beautiful 17th floor penthouse unit with views of the Mississippi River in Lowertown St. Paul, minutes from restaurants, bars, farmer's market, Xcel arena and CHS field. The corner unit has windows throughout the walls flooding the unit with sunlight, even in dark winter months. The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and a soaking tub. Both bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms. The office can double up as an additional bedroom if needed (we had a desk, office chair and a twin bed). There's another half bathroom and a separate laundry room with storage. The living and dining area have an open concept with a modern kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator) with a large central island. The apartment also has a private patio to sip your morning coffee overlooking Mississippi. There is dedicated underground garage parking (additional charge as below) including EV charging options. The amenities floor has an outdoor pool and hot tub, grill area and bocce ball area. Indoors you'll find a state of the art fitness center, yoga room, sauna and a pickleball court. There are 3 large club rooms available to entertain, with kitchenettes, pool table, shuffle board and music system. We have loved living here but need to move out to a new house.
