I am currently looking for a workout partner who's in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, to include has some experience or familiarity with Calisthenics and Weight Lifting. That's not to say you have to be an expert, it's just preferable that the ability to navigate the layout of a gym and safe lifting practices are already within your arsenal of tools. I am not a personal trainer, and am not looking to train anyone, I am just looking for someone who enjoys heading the weights with a partner. But, of course tips and advice shared both ways is indeed the name of the game.
