Organize short chapters into cohesive sections
Add “lessons learned” summaries at the end of each section
Ensure flow, clarity, and punch
This isn’t a huge book. Think business book meets war memoir. Must be fast, self-directed, and comfortable in Google Docs. Bonus if you’ve edited business, founder, or adventure-style books.
