Fully furnished studio in uptown Lyn Lake neighborhood, 32 and Garfield in Minneapolis. Are you moving, remodeling or building and need temporary housing? Are you a contractor and need short term housing while working in town? We have been doing vacation temporary housing for 8 years. We have lots of reviews. Happy to provide upon request. You will not be disappointed. Condo is garden level and has a king size bed and is fully furnished
Rent is $75 dollars a night or $500 a week plus a $50 cleaning fee. This rate will be honored with at least a 2 week commitment and a 500 deposit refunded when rental period is over.
Sorry we do not allow pets or smoking on the property.
