MSP Courier is a fast-growing, airport-based courier service specializing in medical, time-sensitive, and ASAP deliveries. We are expanding our driver network and currently seeking reliable mini-van and cargo van drivers.
🔹 1. Mini-Van Drivers (Afternoons & Evenings)
Typical start time after 1:00 PM
Most work is in town, with regular opportunities for high-paying out-of-town runs
Excellent fit for Uber/Lyft drivers near MSP Airport — many jobs come in on short notice and often pay more than standard rideshare fares
Shifts generally available through 11 PM
🔹 2. Cargo Van Drivers (All Times of Day)
Daytime, evening, and overnight availability
Higher-paying work due to cargo capacity
Steady mix of local and distance deliveries
🧠 Training & Onboarding Requirements
To ensure professionalism, safety, and compliance for our medical and airport clients, new drivers must complete:
✔️ Training Modules (Multiple-Choice Tests)
New drivers complete several online multiple-choice tests covering general delivery practices and specialized instructions for high-profile medical customers.
Length varies depending on customer requirements.
✔️ TSA Background Check
Drivers must pass a TSA background check to be authorized to pick up/tender shipments at MSP Airport.
Approval typically takes 1.5–3 weeks.
Some limited non-TSA work may be available prior to approval, but the majority of work requires TSA clearance.
✔️ Professional Expectations
Must own a mini-van or cargo van (clean, reliable, and well-maintained)
Provide make/model/year of your vehicle
Must be polite, patient, and professional with strong communication skills
📱 New Driver App (Beta Testing in Progress)
MSP Courier is currently beta testing a new in-house driver app for job offers, tracking, and reporting accessorial charges such as waiting time, parking, extra stops, etc.
Drivers onboarded now will be among the first to transition to the new system over the next several months.
During beta testing, some processes will still be done through Slack and direct communication with dispatch.
Feedback from new drivers will help improve the final version of the app.
This is a major step forward for our company, and it offers drivers more control, transparency, and opportunity for higher earnings.
💰 Compensation & Structure
Drivers are paid as 1099 independent contractors
Pay is job-based, with lucrative opportunities for specialty and long-distance runs
Primary need is for afternoon/evening work, with additional opportunities possible but not guaranteed outside those hours
