The Opportunity

MOBILE DIESEL TECHNICIAN

Join Koch NationaLease as a Mobile Technician II in St. Paul, MN. If you’re skilled, self-driven, and ready to take your career on the road, we want you on our team

• Location: St. Paul, MN

• Shift: Monday – Friday from 3:30pm – midnight

• Pay Range: $29.00 - $31.00+ /hr (commensurate with experience)

• Plus shift differential + mobile premium

As a Mobile Technician II, you’ll handle advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on tractors and trailers in the field. You’ll travel to customer and company sites, solve complex issues, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brake, and aftertreatment systems. You’ll also complete DOT inspections, order and install parts, and use technical manuals and diagnostic tools

You’ll keep your truck and tools organized, support entry-level technicians, and recommend warranty or follow-up repairs as needed to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a related field; shadetree or informal mechanical experience will be considered

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in operating and interpreting results from diagnostic equipment and tools

• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus
