Unfolds with one minute setup time. 4' x 8' floor area. 18" x 48" kitchen counter with sink. 24" x 48" desktop area. sleeping for two people bunk style with two 30" wide cot mattresses (not included). Fits inside a garage, has two gas struts for unfolding assistance, vinyl plank flooring, one RV screened sliding window on the door + RV door lock, also includes stainless steel sink and drain bucket. Made with 3/4" UV prefinished Birch plywood, All edges and drilled holes have been sealed with Sikkens Cetol Log and Siding for waterproofing. I have about $2000 in materials and probably 300 hours of labor in it but it was a labor of love and learning.
