Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter specializing in custom home construction to join our Twin Cities team, This role offers the opportunity to contribute to beautiful, custom residences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties:
Frame walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings using hand and power tools
Install roofing components, including trusses and sheathing, to ensure structural integrity
Safely operate heavy equipment for site prep and material handling
Collaborate with construction management to meet timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
Proven framing carpentry experience in residential construction
Strong knowledge of residential framing, decking, and window installation
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
Physical stamina for lifting, heights, ladders, and long hours
Construction site experience with strong safety and teamwork
Reliable transportation and drug-free
Own basic hand tools (bring your own; we provide the rest)
Pay is between $25-$75 depends on experience,
