We design and build high‑quality cabinetry, custom millwork, CNC‑driven components, and specialty fixtures for builders, commercial clients, and homeowners who expect excellence. As a leader within our fabrication team, you’ll bring projects to life with accuracy, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
We’re looking for a seasoned fabricator with proven leadership experience: someone who can read drawings, think ahead, mentor a team, and take pride in producing clean, consistent, beautifully built products. If you thrive in a fast‑paced shop, enjoy solving build challenges, and communicate effectively from the shop floor to the front office, we encourage you to apply.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between project managers, design teams, and leadership to contribute build solutions and value‑engineering ideas.
Quality Control: Oversee the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry and millwork, ensuring every piece meets exact specifications before leaving the shop.
Field Leadership: Support or lead on‑site installation, maintaining professionalism, clear client communication, and quality in the field.
