Required cable: AWG 22/6 shielded for the card reader; AWG 18/4 for the lock and door contact; CAT6 Ethernet terminated with male RJ45 connectors for the IP camera.
The contractor MUST have ALL of the following skills, experience, and facilities:
* At least 3 years of low-voltage installation work (cabling, basic locksmithing, networking)
* Prior education or experience at a Vo-tech school and/or apprenticeship
* Basic working knowledge of IP networks
* Cable termination skills (RJ45, patch panels, keystone jacks, dolphins)
* Pulling cable, cable fishing around doors, and cabling management in IT closets
* Low-voltage circuitry knowledge
* Electric lock/latch installation experience
* Ability to accurately follow step-by-step instructions
* Professional, clean, and courteous - you will be representing our company and brand
* Ample and reliable tools for performing installation work
* Reliable transportation and an active (not suspended) driver's license
* Pass a background check
