I am looking for someone that has variety of skills or willing to learn .I have a long term project to start. This project will consist of every type of sub contractor being used at some point or other. Many of these areas I do myself. The property has 4 buildings. Long term plan is to demo some of these & to make necessary repairs to the one I am keeping short term. Remodeling the one I am keeping long term.There are lots of trees and brush that needs to be removed. There is landscape & driveway work that needs to be done. The end result. A new house and a ADU unit will be built & the existing barn will look like new. The people I hire need to be able to work with others but be capable of working by them self without constant supervision. Im open to how this is set up. Either as an employee a subcontractor or a contract based. Housing could possibly fit into this arrangement.
