This is a great working, nice and quiet chain hoist.It has been fully inspected , and used for a month in my own shop..The brake works perfect and it's been wired for 230 volt now., and the control handle can easily be adjusted for any desired height. I measured it as having 13 feet of lifting chain, but that can easily be lengthened if needed. It also has a power cord attached to it..
