First is a used, assembled, HK tune up meter CM-1073. I don't know if it works properly or not.
Second is a new, in the box, identical CM-1073 kit, unassembled, with instructions, 1983 invoice, and all the parts needed.
If you work on old cars that have distrubutors, points, timing, and dwell angle, etc. this could be helpful!
