Looking for a Recording Studio/Engineer and Recording Artists! (Minneapolis)

First order of business, I need to record a few ads in high quality. So, I need a studio for about an hour...
But long-term, I'm a music producer and don't have a recording place yet in Minneapolis, so looking someone to collaborate with.

As for recording artists, I have a channel of international songs up on YouTube. It's called Magical Songs of the World.
Please review it before you write me as an artist to make sure you like the style and the idea. It's older pop and movie songs, usually: 60s-90s, translated from different languages into different languages. I could use singers who're native English speakers, both guys and gals.
If you're writing me as an artist, please send me a sample or two of your work so I understand your genre and style.
