I only used this rig for about a year before I bought a new computer and it's been in storage for the past four years or so.
CPU – AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core 3.7 GHz
GPU – EVGA NVIDIA GTX 1070
RAM – 4 x 8 GB = 32 GB
Hard drives – SSD x 2: Phison 256GB M.2 NVMe and 1TB Western Digital SSD
Motherboard – Aorus B450
The case and power source RGB both have exterior buttons that you can cycle through. Has Windows 10 Enterprise so it doesn't have all the bloatware like Candy Crush and Skype. Will give it a clean reset before selling. No built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on the motherboard but it comes with the USB 3.0 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters that I used all along and they always worked very well for me. $1250 or best offer
