Roommates and pets
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Matt (21m) and Kylie (20f), both long-term friends who are positive, relaxed, and queer-friendly.
Matt has an extremely sweet cat named Tots, and they are open to additional pets pending approval from the building; my kittens have lived here comfortably and will move with me.
Common areas are already furnished and decorated, so you can move in without needing furniture.
Building amenities
Extensive amenities: in-building movie theater, game room with ping pong and arcade games, gym, tanning bed, yoga studio, business center with free printing, and many modern study and lounge spaces.
In-unit laundry and dishwasher; attached garage with an elevator that goes directly up to the apartment; secure and efficient mail/package systems; friendly, helpful staff throughout the building.
Location and costs
Excellent location in the heart of Prospect Park, very close to the Green Line and multiple bus stops; building and neighborhood are generally quiet and residential.
Optional parking spot available to take over for $110/month, located very close to the elevator for the first tower. There is also lots of street parking avalible, and a lot for $80 a month.
Utilities average about $30 per person per month; overall, this is a great setup, and the only reason for leaving is a job relocation.
