We are looking for someone to rent our Prospect Park home for about 4 months, from Dec 6th to mid-April 2026:
In exchange for snow clearing (blower, shovels provided), you would receive a discount on rent and only pay $1170/ month, plus a portion of utilities. (Regular rent: $1750, but we will prefer to rent to someone who takes on the shoveling.)
We are in the heart of Prospect Park, on a hill, surrounded by trees and with great views of the neighborhood and city.
1300 sf. Fully furnished. 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 baths.
Large, open living and kitchen area with half-bath and large entry/ mudroom downstairs. Two bedrooms with full bath upstairs.
Yard space. Shared laundry in basement
Damage deposit: $1750.
No smoking. On-street parking. One well-behaved dog considered. Must have good references & credit, background check and damage deposit. (We cannot make exceptions to any of the above.)
