Located in the heart of NE - walking distance to dozens of bars/breweries/restaurants and right on the 11 bus route which takes you straight downtown in 10 min. In addition, Sentyrz (grocery store/liquor store) is just a block away which has been super helpful on many occasions.
The house has the standard fare: Gas furnace, central A/C. Also has solid water pressure with some seriously hot water, big garage with a small shop for building stuff, and a driveway big enough for your car to be parked. We also have a sweet little patio with a BBQ and a gas fire pit.
About the roomies:
Nate (33, M) - Event and brewery manager, big into the local craft beer scene, rocks out with video games, makes some dope hot sauce, and does sweet graphic design work on the side.
Dalton (31, M) - P.A., Enjoys video games and sports like rugby and volleyball. He just accepted a contract to work in Northern California starting late January, so he likely won’t be around most of the sublease.
Me, Sarah (28, F) - I work remotely and like to spend a month or two traveling each year as my company allows it. Having a subleaser would be a big help, and I’ll make sure to clear out my dresser and things so you have storage. I’ll really miss the place and my awesome roomies, but adventure calls.
About You:
