Sr. Application Developer- ERP (Atlanta OR MSP)

Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Applicion Developer is a seasoned professional responsible for leading and supporting the design, integrion, and implemention of scalable ERP solutions th align with stregic business objectives. This role acts as a critical bridge between functional requirements and technical execution, ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, resilience, and long‑term growth. 

The role is accountable for leading and executing applicion design, configurion, implemention, and maintenance of cross‑functional applicions, while ensuring end‑to‑end integrion and adherence to governance standards across the systems landscape. Strong experience delivering large and complex enterprise‑scale applicions is required, with SAP experience preferred. Opering with minimal supervision, and guiding & mentoring more junior team members, this role performs and oversees testing, quality assurance, configurion, and ongoing production support, ensuring stable, high‑quality, and timely delivery of solutions. 

Key Accountabilities

• APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Builds and drives complex applicion configurions to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex applicion support processes and procedures.
• APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs and drives the design, configurion, testing, deployment, and support of changes and fixes, in accordance with established standards and practices.
• COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communicion with stakeholders and responds to support requests and needs.
• APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts and leads advanced and complex applicion support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collabores effectively with business partners, technical peers, & vendors in multi-functional global teams, to ensure solutions and configurions align with business requirements and best practices.
• INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Leads prioritizion of incoming incident tickets & user requests and driving timely resolution  

Qualificions

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Short Description

 Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

The expected salary for this position is $95,000- $145,000. Compension varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific locion, certificions, educion, and level of experience. The disclosed range estime may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associed with the locion which the position may be filled.
