Application Developer- SAP IBP/ Supply Chain (Atlanta or MSP)

Job Purpose and Impact

As an Applicion Developer, you will build, maintain, integre and implement software applicions supporting the Supply Chain Planning functional domain. In this role, you will be a member of a product team and will discover and deliver solutions for problems to enable the company’s digital future.  You will apply knowledge of software configurion and integrion to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and robust.  You will also contribute knowledge and hands-on experience with modern practices and technologies to the Digital Technology & Da (DT&D) community.

This role is expected to perform with limited supervision and involve moderely complex software applicion and integrion testing, quality assurance, configurion, installion and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implemention of new requirements and enhancements.  This role will be focused primarily on the SAP IBP solution and will be part of a supply chain planning product team dediced to this overall solution across Cargill’s enterprises.

Key Accountabilities

• APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Sets up and maintains SAP IBP applicion and its integrion configurions to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending improvements to standard and moderely complex applicion support processes and procedures.
• APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs design, analysis, configurion, testing and deployment of new configurions, enhancements, integrions and times fixes for SAP IBP applicion as required.
• USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communicion with end users and internal stakeholders and responds to standard and moderely complex applicion support requests and needs.
• APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts advanced and complex applicion support activities, in conjunction with support team members, to deliver business outcomes.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Works with multi-functional teams, including applicion analysts, product managers, support team and business partners to ensure integrions and configurions align with standards and project goals.
• APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION: Ensures configurion and integrion processes, settings, rules, filters, etc. are documented and continually upded.
• KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: Maintains and shares relevant technical approaches and modern skills with SAP IBP and its modeling options and evolving capabilities.
• PROBLEM SOLVING: Independently solve moderely complex issues with minimal supervision, while escaling more complex issues to approprie team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualificions

• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifiions:

• Confirmed experience working with SAP IBP, knowledge of architecture, da model, and integrion technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing/ supporting SAP IBP integrions in complex business environments.
• Experience with various SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand, Response & Supply, Inventory, Sales & Operions Planning) is desirable

Short Description

 Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

The expected salary for this position is $69,000 - $105,000. Compension varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific locion, certificions, educion, and level of experience. The disclosed range estime may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associed with the locion which the position may be filled.
