Features & Condition
- Dual propane tanks (manual switchover)
- Air conditioning works great
- Furnace, Stove, and 3-way fridge all work perfectly
- Water heater works and makes hot water, but it has a slow leak. A bypass is installed, and the cold water system works fine
- Shower handle (Outside on the back)
- Cushions and canvas in good condition
- Awning works (picture coming).
- Vinyl flooring has split under the dinette table, otherwise its in good condition.
- Manual lift system.
- Flip over galley
- Tows smooth and easy, 2" ball. Surge brakes.
Usage & Care
- Owned a little over a year
- I did lots of upgrades and maintenance items during that time. Lubed hubs, led lights in & outside, battery cut-off, replaced faucet, installed wh bypass, added 2nd lp tank, added legs to 2nd table to use outside or in.
- Purchased for two vacations that needed a camper and used for three other shorter weekends.
- Selling because we’ve completed the trips we bought it for, and have not been able to use it as much as we had hoped for shorter weekends.
- Always stored in our garage, and we want that garage space back!
We have camped in the rain and there were no leaks!!
