Single Owner/Operator
Sales Manager with proven track record of exceeding client expectations
Local office staff who will work with insurance companies and your clients
WHO YOU ARE
Driven & Hungry - Able to get on and off roofs with pitches varying from steep to flat
Looking for deal closers - NO unanswered emails, texts, calls
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle and Must own a smart phone
Be able to pass a Background Check
Proficiency with email and CRM systems (such as AccuLynx)
Exceptional communication and time management skills
At least one year of industry experience preferred (exteriors, roofing, siding, gutters, windows)
Be coachable, reliable, and able to work evenings/weekends during storm season
You are smart enough to know you’ll get what you put into it
COMPENSATION
$$ 100% Commission based - Sales Bonuses & Incentives throughout the summer
$$ You will need an LLC to get paid
$$ No limit on your earning!
$$ Paid 25% at contract signing, 50% for project management on site and 25% for final check pickup
