Affinity Moving LLC is hiring a Sales Representative / Move Coordinator for our Twin Cities moving company.
We are looking for someone who can handle inbound moving leads, follow up quickly, build trust with customers, enter accurate details into SmartMoving CRM, and help turn quote requests into booked moves.
This role is best for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, good with customers, and comfortable working inside a CRM. SmartMoving experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Answer inbound moving leads by phone, email, and text
Follow up with new leads quickly
Build estimates using customer move details
Enter accurate notes into SmartMoving CRM
Confirm pickup and delivery details
Explain pricing, deposits, payment expectations, and move policies clearly
Help customers choose the right crew size and service
Collect booking information and help secure jobs
Communicate with operations when needed
Keep lead records clean and updated
Preferred experience:
Moving company sales experience
SmartMoving CRM experience
Phone sales experience
Customer service experience
Strong follow up skills
Ability to work with pricing, schedules, and customer details
Good written communication
Compensation:
Base + commission
Earn $70,000 to $100,000+ annually depending on performance
Commission opportunities are based on booked moves and sales performance
