We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Automotive Salesperson / Greeter** to join our team. This is a **full-time (30-40 hours per week)** position with **excellent growth opportunities** and the potential to build a long-term career with our family-owned dealership.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive on the lot
- Identifying customer needs and helping them find the right vehicle
- Answering sales calls and following up with potential buyers
- Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport
- Assisting with various sales and dealership tasks as needed
**Ideal Candidate Will Have:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive sales industry
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
