If there is pretty much something there i can use and start out with a base I can typically fix steps so they look pretty much new. As far as basements go I can help fix or repair most issues so you don't have to spend 20,000 - 30,000 or more on a whole basement water mitigation system and basement wall system.

Some pictures are just pics to show things I do. Or before and after the finish coat. Some people would rather go the cheaper route and have things just patched correctly so it doesn't fail instantly and not a full restoration.
