Hello and nice to meet you! Our licensed, bonded, insured HVAC company is offering furnace & air conditioner specials - we do a lot of residential & commercial ductwork as well. Most homes below 3,000 square feet will be $3,500 - $4,500 each unit installed. Centerpoint & Xcel Energy may offer efficiency rebates after installation ranging between $100 - $500 that can reduce cost further.

If you would like a high-efficiency air conditioner (13 - 14 SEER) and furnace (95 - 97% Efficient) combination installed together they both can usually be completed between $7,500 - $8,500 total in homes under 3,000 square feet. If desired, An 80% efficient furnace can be installed for less due to the lower furnace and related labor cost.

Larger homes can be bid individually based upon the size and mechanical needs of your property (price can vary but may not be substantially more). Installations will be completed by experienced HVAC technicians who has put in hundreds of units throughout the Twin Cities.

We can install ductless AC units and mini split systems for those hard to cool areas like 1.5 story homes with a finished attic bedroom. We also install commercial air conditioners, commercial furnaces and related ductwork, combination rooftop units, commercial kitchen hoods and restaurant equipment, full new construction HVAC systems & more.

Our installations come with a 1 year warranty on workmanship. We only use brand new quality units with a full manufacturer 10 year warranty (Goodman, Guardian (York), Payne, Lennox, Rheem & more) in your home, purchased from reputable local HVAC supply companies.

We will install the same quality air conditioning or furnace units as the big shops - but often save you thousands due to our lower overhead business structure. There is no need to pay thousands more of your hard earned dollars towards big company profits and huge marketing budgets.
