I am looking for a room/apt to rent in the Minneapolis area.
I am a 55 y/o gay white dude, healthy, masculine, professional, retired military man (23 years of honorable service/Semper Fi), 6'3" 225 lbs, in shape, phenomenal verbal skills, gamer, horror/sci-fi, fantasy movie fanatic, non-drug user(all drugs)/non-drinker, wake up early/go to bed late, articulate, active outdoors, fastidiously cleaning skills, charismatic/magnetic personality, lover of good music(subjective, of course), and a dog dad. I have no criminal record whatsoever. I am open to all credit checks and background checks. All credentials of who I am and what I have accomplished will be provided including a DD-214 to reflect my military discharge characterization.
I am going to be completely new in the area so putting out my feelers to get the vibe of the area. A 12-month to 18-month time period is all I am really looking for because I intend to purchase a house via the VA and be totally self-sufficient. I am willing to pay a minimum of 1900/month to include all utilities and amenities. Minneapolis, MN will be my last and final destination. I love the weather, the snow, the lakes, and the feel of being in a very populous city.
Either I will get lucky and find something awesome or I will rent an apartment/loft. I figure I could assist in helping someone make some money during these difficult days of the economy.
