Looking for a more private living situation than the room I'm currently renting in a large shared house. Ideally would like a private entrance for an efficiency apartment in a house or small apartment complex.
January 1st is my preferred move-in date but I can be flexible if need be if it's a good fit for both parties. I'm tidy, responsible, quiet, etc. I have one 5 month old cat and don't plan on adopting another animal.
