This RV has been nothing short of amazing to own. Only one owner before me. I’ve traveled the country in this RV and loved every second of it. It has me torn putting it online but I’m getting ready to purchase my forever home and this will definitely help me with that. I’ve sunk a lot of time and money with upgrades over the years. I’ve made sure to keep the engine and generator in great shape. Only things that need to be fixed are the water heater tank has a crack in it, windshield has cracks, side mirror has crack, stair cover slide out is taped down currently and needs to be put back on its tracks to work with the switch, and some handles on the basement compartments need to be replaced. Also the main couch has sadly ripped but I’m willing to reupholster the couch if you purchase the material you want.

The kitchen is in perfect condition, the refrigerator is clean and works with propane or electric. The bathroom and shower work but needs the water heater if you want a hot shower. I replaced all the floors and inside paneling so no carpet! Makes it look great and easy to clean. The basement compartments have been lined with a plastic/acrylic liner to make it easy for cleaning with a hose. I keep all the water toys and anything that gets muddy in there so it’s easy to clean when I’m done traveling.

Please only serious inquiries I won’t haggle because I know what I’ve put into this. If you look up this make and model you’ll find them around 30-40k with none of the work I’ve done to it. This has been my home and I’ve put the work into it. I’m not desperate to sell but I know if I do it helps me on my next adventure in life. I’m looking to sell to someone who’s ready for the adventure that I’ve had with this RV.
