I have owned this house for 15 years now, which has been a perfect setup to rent out the lower level. Over the years, I have rented out to friendly, respectful people and a few years ago, fully furnished this home, so I can offer short term renters a cozy place to stay.
The lower level, which is a private living space, is an open L-shaped room, with a large closet organizer, 2 small closets, 1 bathroom with a shower, comes with a high-top dining table, mini fridge, microwave, desk, electric fireplace, space heater, a new Queen-size bed, TV/DVD player, Roku setup, wifi, alarm clock, shampooed carpets, and key entry to the lower level. Electrical closet with new water heater and softener, permits through the city, along with a rental license.
The main floor is a shared kitchen (fully stocked, plenty of storage space, comes with a table, chairs, oven, and a new fridge and dishwasher), a living room with couches, a half bathroom, along with a sliding door to an outdoor patio with a grill.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, tv room in the loft, and a laundry room which is shared with the lower renter.
The upper level has 1 female in her 30s renting the master bedroom. She has been there for 5 years, with her 1 cat that stays upstairs and away from people. She is a great roommate to have, she is sociable, respectful, helps keep the house clean, and works frequently in the evenings.
There is a 2-car garage stall with extra shelving available and a 2-place driveway. There is no smoking allowed in the house or garage, patio ok. All utilities included. A background check will be necessary, along with the first and last month rent.
