I need a roommate starting November 1st 2025 . I live in a apartment 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I have available 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, we share kitchen, dinning room, living room and balcony. Smoking in apartment and balcony is not allowed. There is designated areas outside the building. Your room can fit a king bed, desk, coffee table and recliner. There are also 2 closets. I can provide a mattress if you are interest. Rent your portion is $880 and that provide all the bills (rent, electricity, internet (fiber) gas, trash and water). The living room, dining and kitchen are furnished.

Warning:
I also have 2 cats. Male and female. I would like you to be ok with that.
Couch has some scratches from the cats. This is an apartment building close to I-394 and Hwy169. Ridgedale mall is really close. Aldi across the street. Apartment has a summer pool and fitness room.

I am a 35y m, living in the other room, working overnight fulltime job from 8pm to 4am, 5 days/week. So when i come home i just sleep so i need some quiet time. Usually i get up around 2 or 4pm.
