Our home is in close proximity to the natural beauty the city has to offer sitting only a few blocks away from Lake Harriet, The Rose Gardens/Bird Sanctuary as well as a few parks. The location is convenient for walkers, drivers& bussers alike with off-the street parking for thee cars, and bus-lines (including an express to the UofM) running through the neighborhood. Fantastic locations such as a great coffee shop just around the corner and other restaurants & convenience stores alike all within a 5-minute walk.

We are looking to find up to three female roommates for the three available upstairs bedrooms. Preferably in their early 20s to mid 30s. Currently my 25-year-old daughter Luna occupies the 4th bedroom which is a semi separate apartment in the basement with its own kitchen, full bathroom and separate entrance. She would be living there as well in the basement and the main floor would be a shared living area. Private upstairs area are where the three bedrooms are along with a full bath. There is also a fifth bedroom on the main floor that functions as a TV den/guest room with a pullout couch.
