The area is very close to a park reserve with access to a lake and biking/walking trails (within walking distance). One nice room in a quiet neighborhood, 2bedrooms 2 bathrooms, in Maple Grove. No smoking. PLUS utility bills are shared equally (internet, cable, water, trash, electricity). Pet's fees are around $20 per month. One month deposit required
