Furnished, private upstairs suite in a beautiful, well-kept home close to both U of M campuses.
The private suite has four rooms: a bedroom, living room, study, and half bath.
Please note that while the upstairs suite has a half bath (toilet and sink), your private shower is located in the lower level (right next to the sauna!).
The kitchen on the 1st floor is shared with one quiet, responsible professional who has an own private suite downstairs.
Spacious rooms with lots of natural light.
Amenities: AC in upstairs bedroom and in all of downstairs, your own mini-fridge upstairs, dishwasher; sauna, washer/dryer in lower level (all provided on courtesy basis); yard, small storage space in basement. Furnished and with all kitchen utensils.
Looking for graduate student or professional. No smoking. No pets or ESAs (due to allergies). On-street parking only. One person only. Must pass credit & background check, have good references and damage deposit. (We cannot make exceptions to any of the above)
Rent plus your share of the utilities. This will be $75/month (for water, gas, garbage, basic electricity) during non-heating/AC months. During the heating and AC season, it is usually more and will depend on your AC/ heat use.
Lease through April 2026, with month-to-month option after that.
