Hello prospective roommate! We're looking for a new roommate for our house of grad students and young professionals. The house is located in Como and benefits from a recent comprehensive renovation, spacious kitchen, central heating and A/C, and free in-house laundry.

We have two spacious rooms available:
Room 1 comes with a closet, an overhead ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. The room can also come fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and office chair for an additional $65/mo.
Room 2 comes also comes with a closet, overhead ceiling fan, and lots of natural light. This room will come unfurnished.

Both rooms with be available 1/1/2026.

We also like to contribute $22.5/mo toward monthly maid service for the common spaces.
