I currently rent the apartment but moved out due to work. The lease ends on March 31st. The rent is $1740 for the entire apartment but I am offering a $1000 credit which would bring the rent down to $1490 or $745 per roommate for the rest of the lease term. Rent is already paid for November so you can move in before the first of December. Utilities are not included but I can give you a rough estimate of how much i typically pay. I am available tomorrow to give you a tour if that works for you. The application fee is $50 and if approved, there would be a $150 admin fee per applicant. The tenant replacement fee is $500 ($250 per roommate) but you would get that back when the lease ends if you decide to move after.
