Looking for one female Christian roommate to share rent in this beautiful townhome in Maple Grove! I have lived here for about ten years now and still love it. My two housemates moved out this spring, and I have found one new roommate and now looking for a third! We are looking for a female age 30-60 to split the rent. We each have our own bedroom and bathroom. No smoking/vaping please. The open bedroom that is available is the master bedroom with its own bathroom in it and walk-in closet. The cost is 635 plus utilities.
We have one little dog that lives here, so we aren't looking to add any more pets. My new roommate and I are both respectful people and only want peace in our house together. We are looking for a similar person where we could enjoy each other's company but each have our own lives as well.
