There is free street parking. It is a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The current residents are professionals with a hybrid work schedule so often work from home. There are 4 very friendly cats who will want your attention, but you may choose to ignore them. There is a very good cook in the house and meals can be purchased for a negotiated price nearly every day. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rent includes utilities. Bedroom alone is 180 sq. ft. There is a $50 application fee to pay for the background check. $100 deposit holds the room. Both are non-refundable. Email with a good time for us to chat.
